Why can Johnson & Johnson charge twice what private label charges for its baby powder? Fritz was always curious about why consumers chose one brand over another. As VP of Marketing for J&J's baby products, he was fascinated by the emotional connection these products had with their users and the power of storytelling to connect with them. Since leaving J&J, he has been helping organizations of all sizes discover and apply these secrets to building their brands.

Fritz has over 20 years of brand strategy experience with Fortune 500 companies in the U.S. and abroad. He also co-authored McGraw-Hill's Tips and Traps for Marketing Your Business. He has an MA in Germanic Philology and an MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management.

His passion for storytelling and mythology means his three girls get bedtime stories from Aesop, Homer and the Brothers Grimm at night.
